To motivate the children of Sochi to learn the English language by fostering interest in reading poetry in English |

During the break between poetry recitations, Sochi folk dance club "Trixster" will perform a few dances for the audience's entertainment

Requirements for the participants
- Children of three age groups take part in the Contest:
- 1st group – from 7 to 9 y.o.
- 2nd group – from 10 to 12 y.o.
- 3rd group – from 13 to 17 y.o.
- The participants of the Recitation Contest choose a poem on their own, but it must correspond to the theme of the Contest: "Spring. Nature. Love".
- The duration of each performance is up to 3 minutes.
- All of the perfomances are evaluated according to the following three metrics: pronunciation, rhythm, and presentation.
