Examination invigilator/proctor in Sochi, Russia

Practically everybody takes some classes online nowadays. Many friends of mine are students of various foreign educational institutions despite the fact that they never left their home. How can we guarantee that the student doesn’t cheat while taking the course? In order to do it there is an offline final examination to be taken in the end of the course facilitated by an invigilator (BrE) or proctor (AmE) who will watch the candidate to prevent cheating.
Recently I was appointed by Maritime Training Academy (UK) as an invigilator to supervise the Technical Ship Management Diploma Examination. Konstantin, an online student who has taken the exam, is clearly anxious. Well, I have no doubt in his competence, having in mind that he was in charge of Sochi Grand Marine successful opening as a technical director.
