Cardoo is a new and exciting Russian technology company offering solutions to car rental agencies in Europe. We are looking for a fluent English speaking Sales Development Representative that will work remotely from Russia, but will service English speaking clients in Europe.
Our product costs nothing for the car rental agency, so it should be an easy sell. Cardoo pays the car rental deposit that the customer would usually have paid, which is a major convenience for any customer wanting to rent a car.
We then charge the car rental agency a small commission per car rented per day, only after their customer paid.
Your job will be to source car rental agencies in Europe using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and various search engines. Training and all tools will be provided. You will work remotely from home from 9am to 6pm. There is no micro-management of any staff. Each day we'll have a 30-minute meeting to discuss what you've done yesterday and what is expected today, and we'll leave you to do your tasks uninterrupted.
You will report directly to me (Nazeem Dollie) regarding your progress. There is no cold-calling at all. All meetings are arranged online (LinkedIn, Email marketing, Google Ads), and video conferencing only with clients that expressed interest. Your commission over and above your 60,000 Rub salary is 1,900 Rub per meeting secured. There are more bonuses that can be discussed during the interview.
